Role-based access control allows super administrators to set granular module permissions across Staffiqo. This ensures that sub-administrators, managers, and standard administrative staff only access and modify the specific features required for their roles.

To configure role-based access and module permissions:

  1. Log in to your Staffiqo account as a Super Admin.
  2. In the main left-hand sidebar navigation, click on Settings.
  3. Select Permission from the settings menu.
  4. Locate the role column (such as Admin, Sub Admin, or Manager) or click Add New Sub Admin / Page Permission Settings if setting up a new administrative account.
  5. Review the full list of modules (e.g., Dashboard, Attendance, Time off, Recruitment, Performance, Organization, Benefits, and Reports).
  6. For each module, check or uncheck the specific permission action boxes based on the required access level:
    • View: Allows administrators to view records, analytics, and overview pages.
    • Edit: Grants permissions to modify entries, schedules, and details.
    • Delete: Permits removing records, jobs, or configurations.
    • Configure: Grants full administrative rights to manage policies, workflows, rules, and global settings.

Click Save or Update at the bottom of the permission panel to apply the changes across the selected administrator roles.
